We worked closely with the homeowner to stabilize the situation and complete a full renovation — transforming a failing structure into a safe, modern home.

This property was purchased at auction and required thoughtful updates to bring it back to life.

We completed targeted electrical and plumbing improvements, along with full renovations of both the kitchen and bathrooms.
