He feels it will be a win win for him and his clients as the local Real Estate Re-development company is poised to purchase 12 to 15 homes in the next 12 months. He feels that the energy level at SBP and their financial stability will only help him move his career upward. Mr. Weddle plans on focusing his attention to helping SBP buy homes in Tulsa and Broken Arrow. He tells me that the company has strict standards to which they operate by. They do an in-depth research of the home and the community before purchasing. The designs of the homes are beautiful and will only add to the value of the neighborhood they buy in. He states the win for him is he will be the listing agent for all the homes he helps them purchase.
